Ashlyn Darter
CEO/ Co-Founder
Ashlyn graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December 2023 with a Degree in Economics. She studied abroad twice in Italy and the UK, and spent two months volunteering on wildlife sanctuaries and teaching children English in Southeast Asia. She has worked as a Venture Capital Associate Intern and Consulting Associate Intern for the Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth. She is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Operation Halo, and extremely passionate about eliminating domestic violence and sexual assault.
Stanley Campbell
Co-Founder
National Trainer, thought leader, and Speaker Stan Campbell is the Co-Founder and President of IDD Safe, a training company teaching individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities how to respond safely during police contacts. Stan is known for his teaching experience as a law enforcement instructor and has personally trained over 4,000 uniformed officers and criminal justice professionals across the nation in the proper use of force, defensive tactics and how to deescalate potentially violent encounters.
Mike Darter
Co-Founder
Mike Darter is the founder and CEO of CCW Safe, a legal membership service for concealed carriers and gun owners. Mike spent 20 years in law enforcement, serving at a local level for the Oklahoma City Police Department, and at a federal level, as a contractor for the Bureau of Alchool, Tobacco. and Firearms. Mike was a law enforcement instructor in defensive tactics and custody and control, and is a Naitonal level judo coach. Mike is also a co owner of OKC Combat Sports.

PANEL OF ADVISORS
Our platform hinges on the experience of our founders and panel advisors, and emphasizes our core values of Community, Adaptability, Respect, and Empowerment. Operation Halo understands that women are stronger in numbers, which is why we are building a community of like-minded women. Our curriculum teaches adaptability, so girls can confidently remove the ambiguity of safety threats. We teach a healthy respect for danger and provide girls with the tools to navigate life confidently, yet aware.
Kelly Sayre
Advisor
Kelly Sayre empowers individuals with realistic tactics and tools to help them live life safely and on their own terms. Her refreshing angle on personal safety emphasizes non-physical, proactive situational awareness techniques that recognize and avoid threatening situations before they happen.
Kim Teachman
Advisor
Kimberly R. Teachman is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a passion for justice and a commitment to serving her community. With over two decades of experience in the field, Kimberly has held various roles within the Oklahoma City Police Department.
Whitney Allen
Advisor
Whitney Allen is the Victim Services Coordinator and SAKI (sexual assault kit initiative) Site Coordinator for the Tulsa Police Department (TPD). She was brought on board by TPD in 2020 to establish the Victim Sevices Unit from the ground up.
Mia Bagby
Advisor
Mia Bagby graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science and Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation, she interned at the YWCA as a sexual assault hospital advocate.
Jennifer Lubwama
Advisor
Jennifer Lubwama is a graduate student at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, pursuing a master’s in International Affairs with a concentration in International Security Policy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development.
Sanay Agir
Advisor
Sanay Agir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Rutgers University through the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, with a concentration in Organizational Psychology.
